TEATRO ÁNGELA PERALTA
Present:
México Vive is a musical performance that celebrates the cultural richness of our country through a journey between life and death, featuring more than 70 artists on stage. The production blends traditional Mexican music, opera, mariachi, and folkloric dance, creating a deeply moving visual and musical experience.
The performance features tenor Rafael Jorge Negrete, heir to a distinguished artistic legacy and renowned for his powerful voice and elegant interpretation; soprano Karina Peguero, a prominent cultural promoter and founder of the Institute of Arts that bears her name, known for bridging opera with Mexican music; and singer-songwriter José Pablo Gamba, whose work fuses contemporary and traditional styles, exploring themes of identity and love for Mexico.
They are joined by the Opera Company of the Karina Peguero Institute of Arts, the Mariachi Monumental San Juan, and the San José de Iturbide Dance Company, in an evening that pays tribute to the soul and passion of Mexico.
